The most recognisable cosmetic peptide and today's break-out active — a striking blue serum with a firming, skin-renewal story. Hard to keep stable, which is exactly where our formulation edge shows. Our signature hero.
Peptide cosmetics · OEM / ODM manufacturer
Peptide skincare,
made end‑to‑end.
We formulate, compound, fill and package finished peptide serums and creams under your brand — from a single vertically-integrated factory that also sources the actives. Launch a copper-peptide or anti-ageing line without ever touching a raw-material supplier.

Why Pepticosma
The only peptide-cosmetics partner that owns
both the molecule and the factory.
Most contract manufacturers buy peptide actives on the open market. We come from the peptide side first — so we control purity and cost, document the active payload, and build proprietary copper- and repair-peptide blends a generalist skincare OEM simply cannot match.
Active-level control
We source and verify the peptide itself — GHK-Cu, palmitoyl peptides, Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, PDRN — so every finished lot carries traceable COA, HPLC and MS identity data, not a label you have to trust.
Finished, not powder
You receive a retail-ready serum or cream in your bottle — compounded, filled, labelled and boxed — capturing the full margin stack instead of buying raw material by the kilogram.
Compliant by design
ISO 22716 production, cosmetic-grade claims, and market notification support for the US, EU, UK, Canada and the Gulf — so your brand launches clean on every channel and payment platform.
Capabilities
Meet us at any point on the value chain.
Start with a stabilised active, a bulk formula, or a fully turnkey ODM launch — the further down you come, the more margin and stickiness you keep.

Peptide raw material with COA — e.g. Copper Tripeptide-1 powder — for buyers who formulate in-house.
Semi-finished premix
Pre-solubilised, stabilised peptide concentrate in bulk, ready to drop into your own base.
Bulk finished formula
A complete, stability-tested serum or cream in bulk for buyers who fill and package themselves.
OEM finished goods
Our stock formula, your bottle and artwork — formulated, filled, labelled and delivered as finished units.
Full ODM, turnkey
Custom formula development, packaging sourcing and design, filling, plus the regulatory dossier — delivered retail-ready.
Hero actives
The peptides buyers are asking for — by name.
A curated library built for demand and formulability. Trademarked ingredient names belong to their owners; we formulate with the underlying INCI actives and our own peptide complexes.
The gold-standard collagen-signal workhorse with the deepest clinical pedigree — lipophilic, stable, and specified in serious anti-ageing formulas worldwide.
The "needle-free" expression-line peptide with the strongest consumer hook. Abundant, cost-efficient, and the anchor of a turnkey line-relaxing serum.
The break-out regenerative active of the K-beauty wave — a natural "skin-recovery" story that pairs beautifully with our copper and repair peptides.
The highest-growth premium active, set to overtake hyaluronic acid — and a supply-side strength of our region. Formulated alongside peptides for a firming hero.
Acetyl Octapeptide-3 for premium expression-line claims, plus eye, scalp and multi-peptide complexes to round out a full brand range.

Cosmetic-grade discipline,

Cosmetic good-manufacturing-practice production environment, process control and traceability.
Batch documentation
COA, HPLC chromatogram and MS identity for the peptide active on every lot, with stability data on request.
Multi-market notification
Support for US MoCRA, EU CPNP, UK SCPN and Canada CNF — with your brand as the market Responsible Person.
Copper-stability expertise
Chelator-aware formulation, controlled pH and airless/opaque packaging keep GHK-Cu potent through shelf life.
The factory
A manufacturer, not a middleman.
Pepticosma is built on an established cosmetics processing facility and a peptide supply chain that already serves brands worldwide. What you brief, we make — under one roof.

Questions
Sourcing questions, answered.
What does Pepticosma manufacture?
Finished peptide cosmetics under your private label — serums, creams, eye and scalp treatments — built around actives such as copper peptide (GHK-Cu / Copper Tripeptide-1), Acetyl Hexapeptide-8, palmitoyl peptides and PDRN. We handle formulation, compounding, filling and packaging; you supply the brand.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We support low-MOQ pilot batches for emerging brands and Amazon / DTC sellers, scaling smoothly to full production runs. Exact MOQ, pricing tier and lead time are confirmed per product when you send an enquiry.
Can I get samples before committing?
Yes. We offer a finished-serum sample programme so you can evaluate texture, colour, scent and stability, and capture the content your brand needs before a production run.
How do you keep copper peptide (GHK-Cu) stable?
Copper can be pulled out of the GHK-Cu complex by chelators such as EDTA, and the complex degrades under light and certain preservatives. We use chelator-aware formulation, controlled pH and airless or opaque packaging, and verify potency with batch documentation.
Do you support US and EU compliance?
Yes. Production is to ISO 22716 (GMPC). We support US MoCRA facility registration and product listing, EU CPNP notification, UK SCPN and Canada CNF. The brand on the label acts as the market Responsible Person; we provide the manufacturing and documentation side.
